Returns & refunds

Because each piece is handmade, and many are personalised, we handle returns case by case.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the parcel and the item. We will replace it or refund it.

Personalised and made-to-order pieces

These cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made a mistake.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, provided we have not started making it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
